Role Purpose
The purpose of this role is to resolve high-priority incidents through advanced troubleshooting, ensure SLA compliance, analyse system performance trends, and create mitigation measures by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.

- Design, build, deploy, and operate Red Hat OpenShift platforms, including disconnected and air-gapped environments.
- Implement cluster lifecycle management, automation, upgrades, and infrastructure-as-code frameworks.
- Deploy and maintain container registries, mirrored repositories, Operator catalogs, and supporting platform services.
- Implement GitOps, CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes automation, and deployment orchestration solutions.
- Design and support observability, monitoring, logging, backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity solutions.
- Configure security controls including RBAC, network policies, secrets management, PKI integration, and compliance monitoring.
- Support OpenShift application onboarding, platform migrations, and modernization initiatives.
Create operational runbooks, platform standards, governance processes, and transition-to-run documentation
