Job Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through email and chat support.
• Resolve customer issues accurately and within the required turnaround time.
• Provide clear and professional written communication to customers.
• Process customer requests, updates, and service-related queries.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
• Follow company policies, process guidelines, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and timely query resolution.
• Meet daily productivity, quality, and turnaround-time targets.

Candidate Requirements

• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer knowledge and typing skills.
• Ability to understand and respond to customer queries professionally.
• Good attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable working in rotational shifts, if required.
• Freshers and candidates with relevant customer service/non-voice experience can apply.
