We're Hiring | Certified Medical Coder Surgery Coder

Location: Velachery & Vepery, Chennai

Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

We're looking for Certified Medical Coders with hands-on experience in Evaluation & Management (E/M) with Surgery coding.

Eligibility:

CPC/CCS/CCS-P/AHIMA or AAPC Certification (Mandatory)

Experience in E/M with Surgery coding

Strong knowledge of ICD-10-CM, CPT & HCPCS coding guidelines

Good understanding of medical terminology, anatomy, documentation review, modifiers, and coding compliance

Ability to meet quality and productivity targets

Key Responsibilities:

• Review physician documentation and assign accurate ICD-10-CM, CPT & HCPCS codes
• Ensure compliance with coding standards and payer guidelines
• Identify documentation gaps and coding discrepancies
• Maintain high coding accuracy and turnaround time (TAT)
• Collaborate with internal teams to support coding quality and claim accuracy
