Openings For Order Management - L1

Dear candidate, We are hiring candidates with experience in Order Management / Order Processing for an L1 role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end order processing and order management activities.
• Review and validate customer orders for accuracy and completeness.
• Process sales orders in ERP systems and ensure timely order fulfillment.
• Coordinate with internal teams such as Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, and Finance.
• Track order status and resolve order-related issues and discrepancies.
• Manage order changes, cancellations, holds, and amendments.
• Monitor pending orders and follow up with relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate order records and update systems regularly.
• Ensure adherence to defined SLA and quality standards.
• Prepare and maintain daily/weekly operational reports.

Required Skills

• Experience in Order Management / Order Processing / Sales Order Management.
• Good understanding of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) process.
• Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP/Oracle is preferred.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability.
• Good MS Excel skills.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
