Below are the open positions: -

A) HSE Manager

1) Bachelor Degree in relevant Engineering OR Science OR HSE discipline (from an institution of higher learning authorized to grant academic degrees in the country of issue)
2) Minimum 12-15 years’ experience in HSE in construction, fabrication, installation and/or commissioning projects / operations in the oil & gas or petro-chemical industries, with at least 5 years’ experience in a lead HSE position managing team of HSE professionals
3) Lead auditor ISO 45001/ ISO 14001 or equivalent.
4) Incident Investigation technique.
5) NEBOSH IGC
6) Have strong understanding of the HSE issues, practices and behavioural aspects in the Oil & Gas EPC business.
7) Able to lead a team of HSE professionals such as HSE Engineers, Sr. HSE officers, HSE officers etc.
8) Sound understanding of the HSE Management System and HSE legislative requirements.
9) Broad knowledge and experience in audit processes.
10) Competency in SSOW (PTW/ WMS/ Risk Assessment etc.)
11) GCC experience is a must

B) HSE Engineer

1) Bachelor Degree or Diploma in Engineering OR Bachelor Degree in relevant Science OR HSE discipline (from an institution of higher learning authorized to grant academic degrees in the country of issue)
2) Minimum 8-10 years’ experience in HSE in construction, fabrication, installation and/or commissioning projects / operations in the oil & gas or petro chemical industries.
3) Lead auditor ISO 45001/ ISO 14001 or equivalent.
4) Incident Investigation techniques.
5) NEBOSH IGC
6) Have strong understanding of the HSE issues, practices and behavioural aspects in the Oil & Gas EPC business.
7) Able to lead a team of HSE personnel such as HSE officers, Hygiene officers etc.
8) Sound understanding of the HSE Management System and HSE legislative requirements.
9) Ability to develop and implement HSE plans, Welfare plans, Emergency response procedures/plans and site specific HSE procedures / work instructions.
10) Practical experience in implementation of SSOW (PTW/ WMS/ Risk Assessment etc.)
11) Ability to conduct training/awareness sessions on relevant HSE procedures applicable to the SOW.
12) GCC experience is a must

C) HSE Officer

1) Bachelor Degree OR Diploma (from an institution of higher learning authorized to grant academic degrees in the country of issue)
2) Minimum 6+ years’ experience in HSE in construction, fabrication, installation and/or commissioning projects / operations in the oil & gas or petro chemical industries.
3) NEBOSH IGC.
4) Brownfield experience is mandatory
5) GCC experience is a must

D) Lifting Supervisor

1) Hold 3 year diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent or experienced authorized established supervisory position in the GCs who has to play the role of Lifting supervisor in his job description i.e. Driller, Assistant Driller & Labour Foreman
2) Have relevant oil & gas offshore and Onshore lifting related experience of not less than 5 years with minimum 3 years in similar position
3) Have adequate training and hands on professional experience and be competent to act as lifting supervisor for lifting equipment
4) Be able to supervise and execute critical lifting in drilling oil & gas companies
5) Have focus on HSE priorities and lead a team of crane operators, riggers, and banksmen for safe lifting practices across different locations of the organization
6) Be trained for the 4 day course of lifting supervisor by an ADNOC drilling approved training company using approval tutor and be assessed every 3 years, as defined in 0. He shall be trained and assessed on the same type of offshore or onshore crane i.e. offshore lifting supervisor course in different than mobile crane lifting supervisor course.
