Job Role: HR Payroll / Compensation and benefits.

Role Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Compensation & Benefits Executive to support HR operations, documentation, onboarding, and payroll-related activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Collect and verify employee and candidate documents.
• Maintain and manage employee documents and records accurately.
• Coordinate with the Recruitment team for the onboarding process.
• Ensure all required documents are received and properly maintained.
• Support the Compensation & Benefits team in day-to-day HR activities.
• Provide support to the Payroll team whenever required.
• Maintain and update HR-related trackers and reports.
• Perform data entry and other administrative activities as assigned.

Required Skills

• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Good knowledge of MS Excel.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Good organizational and time-management skills.
• Willingness to learn HR processes and payroll-related activities.
• MBA- HR is preferred
