Job Responsibilities

• Assist in reviewing and maintaining Batch Manufacturing Records (BMR) and Batch Packaging Records (BPR).
• Support in-process quality checks during tablet, capsule, liquid, and other dosage-form manufacturing.
• Verify compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Good Documentation Practices (GDP).
• Assist in reviewing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), protocols, and other quality documents.
• Support line clearance activities before manufacturing and packaging operations.
• Help review deviations, Out of Specification (OOS) results, and Corrective and Preventive Actions (CAPA) under supervision.
• Assist in change control and document control activities.
• Ensure proper documentation, traceability, and data integrity.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality Control (QC), and other departments to support product quality.
• Participate in internal audits, training, and regulatory compliance activities as assigned.

Skills Required

• Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical formulation and dosage forms.
• Understanding of GMP, GDP, SOPs, BMR, and BPR.
• Knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
• Basic understanding of deviations, CAPA, change control, and documentation.
• Good communication, observation, and analytical skills.
• Basic computer knowledge, including MS Word and Excel.
• Attention to detail and willingness to learn pharmaceutical quality systems
