Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service through voice support to clients across various industries.
  
• Handle international calls, emails, and chats with empathy and resolve customer queries efficiently.
  
• Work on rotational shifts including night shifts as per business requirements.
  
• Collaborate with team members to achieve process goals and objectives.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in BPO/Call Centre environment or related field (customer care, customer service).
  
• Excellent communication skills in English language (written & spoken).
  
• Ability to work on international call center operations (voice processing) with minimal supervision.
  
• Strong problem-solving skills to handle complex customer issues effectively.
