Job Summary

We are looking for candidates with experience in US Healthcare Medical Billing/RCM and knowledge of Charge Entry. The role involves accurately entering and validating patient charges and supporting claim processing.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform accurate and timely charge entry for US healthcare accounts.
• Review patient and encounter information and supporting documents.
• Verify CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10, modifiers, units, and POS.
• Identify discrepancies and coordinate for resolution.
• Follow client-specific guidelines and payer requirements.
• Perform quality checks to minimize errors and claim rejections.
• Meet productivity, quality, and SLA targets.
• Follow HIPAA and data-security requirements.
• Escalate complex cases to the SME/Team Lead.

Required Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in US Healthcare Medical Billing/RCM.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in Charge Entry preferred.
• Good knowledge of CPT, HCPCS, ICD-10, modifiers, and medical terminology.
• Basic understanding of US healthcare RCM and claims processing.
• Good analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
• Good communication and documentation skills.
• Basic MS Office/Excel knowledge.
