Role & Responsibilities

• Provide L1/L2 technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, OS, network, and application-related issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain Windows operating systems and software applications.
• Manage user accounts, password resets, and basic Active Directory activities.
• Handle IT support tickets and ensure timely resolution within agreed SLAs.
• Perform system maintenance, updates, and security patching.
• Maintain IT asset records and support hardware/software inventory management.

• 14 years of experience in Desktop Support / IT Support / Technical Support.
• Good knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, Active Directory, and basic networking.
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting desktop, laptop, printer, and peripheral issues.
• Knowledge of LAN, Wi-Fi, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN is preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple support requests.
• ITIL knowledge or relevant technical certifications will be an added advantage.
