Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Finance Executive to support the Finance Department in day-to-day finance operations, portal management, transaction processing, and MIS reporting. The ideal candidate should possess basic accounting knowledge, good communication skills, and proficiency in MS Excel.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day finance and operational activities.
• Process transactions through various online portals.
• Monitor and reconcile portal transactions.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports.
• Assist in invoice processing and payment follow-ups.
• Maintain finance records and supporting documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors for operational support.
• Support bank reconciliations and transaction verification.
• Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks while adhering to company policies and procedures.
• Perform other finance-related duties as assigned by the Finance Manager.
