• Ensure 100% completion of regulatory and mandatory training programs.
• Maintain training records and audit readiness.

4. Stakeholder Management

• Partner with business leaders to address capability-building requirements.

• Drive employee engagement through learning initiatives.

5. Content Development & LMS Management

• Create/update training materials, SOPs, and learning modules.
• Manage LMS activities, reporting, and training documentation.

6. Performance Improvement

• Monitor impact of training on productivity, quality, customer satisfaction, and process adherence.
• Support business objectives through targeted learning solutions.

7 Team Development & Coaching

• Conduct coaching sessions and provide ongoing support to employees.
• Build future talent pipelines through development programs.

8. Reporting & Governance

• Publish training dashboards, MIS, and management reports.
• Ensure adherence to training policies and governance standards.

9. Continuous Improvement & Innovation

• Introduce new learning methodologies and digital learning solutions.
