Location : Anywhere in Maharashtra [ where ever D - Mart has its presence ]

Candidate should be ready to relocate.

Experience :

- Candidate with minimum 15-20 years of relevant work experience.-- Should have hands-on experience on the entire gamut of HR which includes Talent Acquisition, Performance management, Employee Grievances, Statutory Compliances, Employee Welfare etc.

Job Profile :

- Responsible for complete headcount forecasting & budgeting .

- Responsible for the end-to-end Performance Management review process .

- Responsible for processing confirmations, transfers, promotions etc.

- Research, implement and administer all company benefit plans and implement .

- Should have in-depth knowledge of legal requirements related to HR, reducing legal risks and ensuring legal compliances.

- Maintain knowledge of industry trends and make recommendations to the Management Team for improvement of organizations policies, procedures and practices on personnel matters.

- Ensure that the operations team delivers their planned outcomes.

- Monitor report and advice on the performance of functions for which the HR team is Responsible.

- Work within the performance development and review system to review performance, coach and develop staff and encourage continued learning and development of the HR Team to increase HRs capacity and competence to meet current and future Needs.

- Substantial knowledge of dealing with employee relations including sickness management, grievance, disciplinary, capability, terms and conditions of employment and change management
