We are currently looking for well qualified and experience professionals to join our upcoming facility at Gopalpur, Orissa.

Role & responsibilities

• Process Monitoring
• Assistance in planning of annual departmental Budget
• Implementation of Improvement plans/various schemes
• System compliance
• Preparation of MOC, RCA ,HAZOP ,HIRA,Aspect Impact ( data Collection , checking relevancy with plant & final document , approval with preparation of TS note, schematic drawing preparation ,PNID updation, Check for payback )
• Carrying out periodic plant audits in co -ordination with operation group.
• Compilation of all relevant data in case of all process failures / equipment breakdowns / Customer complaints.
• Carry out plant audits w.r.t. Safety, process, and energy conservation as scheduled.
• Execution of failure analysis recommendations to avoid recurrence.
• To work in cross functional team and conduct RCA when required
• To do technical evaluation of newer equipment & Instrumentation and provide procurement assistance to purchase department.

Preferred candidate profile

B.E./B.Tech. in Chemical Engineering

Additional qualification on SAP will have added advantage
