Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end order management and fulfilment for Stent & Balloon.
• Distribution planning and ensuring OTIF, Fill Rate and Service Level.
• Managing inventory levels, stock availability and replenishment across locations.
• Monitoring open orders, backorders and pending requirements and ensuring timely closure.
• Supporting stock rotation and redistribution activities across locations.
• Placing and managing orders for new hospitals.
• Collecting, consolidating and validating additional requirement forecasts from all stakeholders.
• Monitoring supply availability and coordinating with Sales, Production, Quality, Warehouse and Logistics for timely fulfilment.
• Preparing regular SCM MIS and tracking key operational KPIs.
• Supporting demand and supply planning activities and highlighting potential supply gaps.
• Analysing SKU-wise and location-wise inventory and order trends to support business decisions.
• Ensuring timely updation of SAP/ERP transactions related to orders, inventory and supply chain activities.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives in order fulfilment, inventory management and distribution processes.

Experience: 3 to 6 years in Supply Chain / Order Management / Distribution / Inventory Management. Medical Devices / Pharma / Healthcare experience preferred.

Key Skills: SAP/ERP, Advanced Excel, Inventory Management, Distribution Planning, Forecasting, Analytical Skills and Strong Stakeholder Coordination.
