Opening For Sales operations Associate, Bangalore

0-1 year of experience (freshers can apply).

Work Location - Bangalore (WFO)

Role & responsibilities

• Process and book customer orders in ERP systems.
• Validate order data and support simple order amendments.
• Generate, monitor, and send customer invoices.
• Manage software/license key creation and distribution.
• Prepare and distribute recurring operational reports.
• Follow up on pending actions with internal teams.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
• Support day-to-day Sales Operations activities.

Preferred

• Basic understanding of ERP/CRM systems (Oracle, SAP, Salesforce, etc.) and Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes.
