Opening For Recruiter-AM

Key Responsibilities

1. Mass Sourcing & Recruitment

• Design and execute multi-channel sourcing strategies for high-volume and blue-collar hiring.
• Source candidates through job portals, employee referrals, local networks, social media, hiring platforms, and other relevant channels.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for current and upcoming manpower requirements.

2. Candidate Screening & Selection

• Conduct initial screening and telephonic/in-person interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Evaluate candidates based on basic skills, experience, technical requirements, location, availability, and job fit.
• Ensure candidates meet defined eligibility and operational requirements before moving to the next stage.
• Maintain accurate records of shortlisted, rejected, and selected candidates.

3. Joining & Onboarding

• Coordinate the complete pre-joining and onboarding process for selected candidates.
• Ensure timely collection and verification of candidate documentation.
• Follow up with selected candidates to ensure joining commitments are converted into actual joining.
• Work closely with Operations and other stakeholders to ensure smooth deployment of new employees.

4. Recruitment MIS & Performance Tracking

• Maintain accurate recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
• Identify bottlenecks in the hiring process and implement corrective actions to improve recruitment efficiency.

5. Stakeholder Management

• Work closely with Operations teams to understand manpower requirements, job profiles, locations, and joining timelines.
• Provide regular updates on hiring progress, challenges, and manpower availability.
• Coordinate with internal HR, Operations, payroll, and onboarding teams for seamless employee deployment.

Requirements & Qualifications

• 7 years of proven experience in high-volume recruitment, blue-collar hiring, manufacturing recruitment, contract staffing, field-force hiring, or similar environments.
• Graduate in any discipline from a recognized university.
• Strong understanding of mass recruitment and frontline workforce hiring.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to effectively engage with candidates, vendors, and recruitment partners.
• Strong follow-up and candidate-conversion skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, recruitment trackers, ATS platforms, hiring applications.
