We have urgent opening for Executive- Purchase (Packing Material).

Job Discriptions

1. Procurement of packaging materials for GOA plant, UK plant, TCL & NOVA.

2. Procurement of packaging material for R&D unit.

3.Daily activities like stock checking MIRO / MIGO, service sheet, GRN entry.

4. SAP routine activities like open PR statement.

5. Inventory control as per production planning.

6. Bill booking & Payment follow up.

7. Monthly MIS Report.

8. Daily follow up for urgent materials.

9. New vendor development & registration of vendor.

10. Documentation support to QA, QC, R&D & Regulatory team.

11. Rate Negotiation.

12.Convert purchase requisitions & Create purchase orders.

13. Daily coordination with PPIC team for their requirement.

14. Artwork follow up & approvals.

15. Resolve vendor grievances, and other issues of procurement.

16.Transportation & logistic coordination.

17.Container planning with Logistic team.

18. Keep track of market movement of resin price, board and paper.
