Position: Process Associate
Experience: 25 Years
Location: Hitech City, Hyderabad
Working Days: 5 Days
Shift: 2:00 PM 10:00 PM

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct online research and review medical, pharmaceutical and product-related information.
• Analyze information from multiple sources and identify potential risks or compliance issues.
• Review websites, products, merchants and certification-related information.
• Ensure information is reviewed as per defined policies and guidelines.
• Make accurate decisions based on research and available information.
• Maintain high attention to detail and meet daily productivity/quality targets.
• Work with Excel, Google Sheets and Google Workspace.
• Handle sensitive or potentially offensive online content professionally.

Required Skills:

• Strong analytical, research and investigative skills.
• Understanding of risk, compliance, policy or content review.
• Basic to strong knowledge of medical/pharmaceutical terminology.
