Opening For Payment Posting & Charge Entry - Chennai

Job description

We are looking for experienced professionals to join our Charge & Payments team in the US Healthcare RCM domain.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle end-to-end Charge Entry or Payment Posting activities.
• Review and accurately process patient charges, payments, adjustments, and denials.
• Ensure payments are posted correctly against the appropriate accounts and claims.
• Identify and resolve payment discrepancies, underpayments, and posting errors.
• Review EOBs/ERAs and ensure accurate application of payments and adjustments.
• Work on insurance and patient payments, refunds, recoupments, and account reconciliation.
• Perform regular quality checks to maintain accuracy and compliance with process guidelines.
• Identify trends and escalate recurring issues to the appropriate teams.
• Ensure accurate documentation and timely completion of assigned tasks.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in US Healthcare RCM, preferably in Charge Entry, Payment Posting, or related processes.
• Good understanding of US Healthcare billing and revenue cycle processes.
• Knowledge of EOB, ERA, CPT, ICD, insurance payments, adjustments, and denials will be an advantage.
