Opening For Patient Calling (Chennai )

Job Purpose: To handle patient calls related to medical billing, explain bills and account balances, assist with payment plans, and provide good customer service while maintaining patient privacy.

Note : Male candidates are eligible to apply for this position.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing patient billing calls.
• Explain bills, charges, and outstanding balances.
• Assist patients with payment plans and account queries.
• Respond to tickets and voicemails on time.
• Update patient details and account notes accurately.
• Maintain proper documentation of calls and resolutions.
• Escalate complex issues to the Assistant Manager or Process Head.
• Follow HIPAA rules and protect patient information.
• Support team members and help improve processes.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field.
• At least 3 years of experience in patient calling.

Required Skills

• Good verbal and written communication.
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of MS Excel and Word.
• Knowledge of IMS and eCW software is an advantage.
• Empathy, professionalism, teamwork, and adaptability.
