Opening For Order Management, Ghasoli

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and validate customer/sales orders and POs.
• Manage order lifecycle from order entry to fulfillment and billing.
• Coordinate with Sales, Logistics, Warehouse, Finance and vendors.
• Monitor inventory, dispatch and delivery status.
• Resolve order discrepancies, customer queries and escalations.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare MIS reports.
• Ensure SLA/TAT and process compliance.

Required Skills:

• Order Management / Order Processing / O2C
• SAP experience
• PO processing & order fulfillment
• Inventory/Logistics coordination
