Key Accountabilities:

• Managed end-to-end travel data operations, including accurate data entry, validation, and maintenance of centralized databases.
• Generated and maintained daily and monthly Travel MIS reports to track bookings, expenses, and operational performance.
• Coordinated with hotels and travel agencies to manage bookings, verify invoices, and ensure timely payment processing.
• Monitored and analyzed travel expenses, ensuring proper documentation and cost control.
• Designed and maintained department-wise databases for data cleaning, transformation, and analysis.
• Developed interactive dashboards and reports to provide insights on travel trends, cost optimization, and performance metrics.
• Utilized advanced tools such as Excel (Pivot Tables, Power Query) and Python libraries (Pandas, NumPy) for data analysis and automation.
• Delivered actionable insights to support business decisions and improve operational efficiency.

Eligibility Criteria

• Bachelors degree in any discipline.
• 1-3 years of experience in Data MIS, preferably within a Travel Desk or travel operations environment.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (advanced functions, Pivot Tables, Power Query).
• Hands-on experience with Power BI for dashboard creation and data visualization.
• Working knowledge of SQL for data extraction and querying.
• Familiarity with Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data analysis and automation.
