Process: Customer Support - Myntra | L2 Blended Process

Location: Vijay Nagar, Indore

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle customer queries and provide accurate resolutions.
• Follow defined process guidelines and quality standards.
• Maintain professional communication with customers.
• Achieve assigned productivity and quality targets.
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company policies.

Candidate Requirements:

• Minimum 12th Pass.
• Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.
• Good English communication skills.
• Minimum 25 WPM typing speed.
• 100% typing accuracy required.
• Immediate joiners preferred.
• Candidates should be comfortable with the assigned shift timings.
• No leave during the first 3 months.

Shift Timings:

• Male Candidates: 5:00 PM - 2:00 AM
• Female Candidates: 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
• Shift timings may be subject to change as per business requirements.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Freshers: 13,800 In-Hand
• Experienced: 19,500 CTC / 14,691 In-Hand
• PF Contribution: 3,222
• Benefits: ESIC + Medical Insurance
