Process: Mutual Fund Sales - Voice Process

Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound/outbound customer calls related to mutual fund products.
• Explain mutual fund products and investment solutions to customers.
• Understand customer requirements and provide relevant product information.
• Generate leads and convert prospects through effective communication.
• Follow up with customers and achieve assigned sales targets.
• Maintain professional customer relationships and update call records.

Eligibility:

• Qualification: Graduation is mandatory.
• Experience: Freshers are welcome.
• Communication: Good English communication skills.
• Candidates interested in Sales / Banking / Financial Services / Mutual Funds can apply.

Salary & Benefits:

• CTC: 22,500 per month
• In-Hand Salary: 18,000 per month
• Incentives: Performance-based incentives

Work Details:

• Working Hours: 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM
• Weekly Off: Sunday (Fixed)
