Position: Customer Support Executive Inbound Process

Location: High Street Mall, Thane

Eligibility Criteria:

• Qualification: HSC / 12th Pass or equivalent
• Experience: Freshers can apply
• Candidates with 6 months of relevant experience are also eligible
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English
• Both linguistic and non-linguistic candidates can apply
• Candidates should have good customer-handling and interpersonal skills
• Immediate joiners will be preferred

Salary

• Freshers: 16,000/- per month in hand
• Candidates with 6 months of experience: 17,000/- per month in hand

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls and queries professionally
• Understand customer concerns and provide appropriate solutions
• Maintain a high level of customer service and satisfaction
• Accurately record customer information and interaction details
• Follow defined processes, quality standards, and company policies
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when required
• Achieve assigned performance and service-level targets
