Locations: Delhi NCR (Noida/Gurgaon) – 1 | Mumbai – 1 | Bangalore – 1 | Pune – 1

Employment Type: Retainer

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Salary: 55,000 – 60,000 per month

Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Master Trainer with a strong background in Telecom B2B Sales and Enterprise Solutions. The candidate will be responsible for training and developing sales teams on enterprise telecom products, enhancing product knowledge, sales effectiveness, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct classroom and face-to-face training for sales teams on telecom enterprise solutions.

Deliver product and sales training on:

Internet Leased Line (ILL)

PRI

SD-WAN

SmartFlow

Other Enterprise Telecom Solutions

Train teams on:

B2B Sales Techniques

Solution Selling

Objection Handling

Customer Relationship Management (CRM)

Assess learner performance and provide coaching to improve sales outcomes.

Coordinate training schedules with project managers and business stakeholders.

Maintain training records and share progress reports and dashboards.

Candidate Requirements

5+ years of Telecom industry experience

Strong experience in Telecom B2B Sales and Enterprise Solutions

Good understanding of ILL, SD-WAN, SmartFlow, and related enterprise products

Experience in Sales Training, Coaching, or Learning & Development

Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills

Ability to explain technical products in a simple, business-oriented manner

Knowledge of the local language will be an added advantage

Preferred Profile

Candidates with hands-on experience in telecom enterprise sales, solution selling, and training sales teams will be highly preferred.
