Role & responsibilities

• Assist in planning and organizing employee engagement activities (events, celebrations, team-building sessions, etc.)
• Support internal communication initiatives such as newsletters, announcements, and employee surveys
• Coordinate with different departments to ensure participation in engagement programs
• Collect and analyze employee feedback through surveys and engagement tools
• Help design creative engagement campaigns to boost morale and productivity
• Maintain and beautify canteen, Engineering, Operations & Reception board
• Support onboarding engagement activities for new employees
• Assist in recognition programs such as rewards, appreciation posts, and milestone celebrations
• Provide administrative support to HR engagement initiatives
