Qualification: Graduate Fresher / HSC with 1 Year on-paper Exp.
Experience: 0-2 Years | Voice Process
Key Responsibilities:

• Make outbound calls and promote banking products.
• Explain product features, benefits and eligibility.
• Handle customer queries and objections.
• Follow up with leads and achieve sales targets.
• Maintain customer details and call records in CRM.

Candidate Requirements:

• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Confident and convincing communication on calls.
• Good customer handling and listening skills.
• Basic computer and MS Office knowledge.
