Position: Tele caller - Collection Process
Location: Shivaji Nagar, Pune

Qualification:- HSC or Any graduate / Under Graduate

Work From Office

Shifts: 9:30AM - 6:30PM | Rotational Week OFF

Preferred candidate profile

• HSC Pass Can apply
• Freshers can apply
• Marathi And Hindi Good communication / Average English.
• Salary: 11,000 To 14,000 In hand + Unlimited Incentives
• Rotational week off

Rounds of Interviews:-

• HR round
• Operations round

Role & Responsiblity :-

• Call customers with overdue payments and remind them of their dues.
• Speak respectfully and professionally to maintain goodwill.
• Confirm customer details and outstanding amounts.
