Job Description:-

We are hiring BPO Telecallers for an Outbound Calling Process at ETPL Tower, Thane West. Candidates with good communication skills and a positive attitude are encouraged to apply. Freshers and experienced candidates can apply.

Candidate Profile

• Qualification: 12th Pass / Any Graduate
• Experience: Freshers and Experienced candidates can apply
• Gender: Male & Female both can apply
• Good verbal communication skills
• Comfortable with outbound calling and customer interaction
• Willing to work in a day shift
• Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities:-

• Make outbound calls to customers as per the process requirements.
• Explain products, services, or offers clearly to customers.
• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate information.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions.
• Achieve assigned calling and performance targets.
• Follow company policies and process guidelines.
