TCS is hiring for IT Vendor Management Position.

Pune Location.

1 Vendor Governance and Relationship Management

• Act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for assigned strategic and operational vendors.
• Establish operational, tactical and strategic governance forums with defined agendas, ownership and escalation paths.
• Conduct vendor performance reviews and maintain clear accountability for agreed outcomes.
• Build collaborative supplier relationships while safeguarding contractual and service interests.
• Coordinate inter-vendor dependencies and resolve ownership gaps in multi-supplier environments.

2.2 SLA, KPI and Performance Management

• Monitor supplier performance against contracts, Statements of Work (SOWs), SLAs, OLAs, KPIs and service commitments.
• Develop and maintain vendor scorecards covering service quality, responsiveness, risk and improvement actions.
• Analyse trends, recurring failures, SLA breaches and service-performance gaps.
• Ensure corrective and preventive action plans are agreed, tracked and closed within committed dates.
• Escalate persistent or high-impact performance issues through the defined governance structure.
• Provide accurate periodic performance reports to service and customer stakeholders.

2.3 Contract and Commercial Governance

• Support governance of supplier contracts, SOWs, pricing schedules, deliverables and service obligations.
• Monitor compliance with contractual commitments and identify potential commercial or delivery exposure.
• Support contract renewals, extensions, onboarding, transition and exit activities.
• Coordinate with Procurement, Commercial, Finance, Legal and Service Delivery teams as required.
• Use performance evidence to support renewal decisions, service-credit discussions and improvement commitments.
