Profile: Customer Service Executive - HSBC Credit Card

Location: Wagle Estate, Thane

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer service queries related to HSBC Credit Cards.
• Assist customers with card-related services, account information, and issue resolution.
• Promote relevant credit card schemes, offers, and products through cross-selling.
• Deliver exceptional customer service while meeting quality and compliance standards.

Eligibility:

• Graduation is mandatory.
• Min. 1 year of BPO Inbound Voice Customer Service Exp..
• Excellent English communication skills (C1 Communication Level).
• Good customer handling and sales aptitude.
• Candidates should have a good CIBIL score with no history of loan defaults.

Shift Details:

• Rotational Day Shift
• Shift Window: 6:30 AM - 8:30 PM (9-hour shift with a 1-hour break)
• 2 Rotational Week Offs

Salary & Benefits:

• CTC: 45,000 per month
• In-Hand Salary: 38,000 per month
• Centralized pick-up and drop facility from Thane Railway Station
