Work Model: Hybrid ( 2 days week)

Shift timings: 2- 11 PM

Job Description:

Experience is mandatory in HR operations, HR shared services, employee helpdesk or query management; hands-on experience handling employee or manager HR queries through a ticketing or case management platform;

working knowledge of case categorisation, prioritisation, documentation, SLA tracking, escalation and closure;

ability to interpret approved HR policies, process guides and knowledge articles for routine query resolution; exposure to Workday or a comparable HCM platform for employee-profile lookup;

ServiceNow HRSD or comparable HR helpdesk / case management workflow experience;

strong written and verbal business English, disciplined handling of confidential employee data and professional customer communication.
