Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled Technical Recruiter who can manage end-to-end recruitment for technical roles. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, excellent communication, and a solid understanding of IT/technical profiles.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for technical positions (IT, Engineering, QA, Dev, Cloud, Data, etc.)
  
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team needs
  
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and other channels
  
• Screen resumes and conduct initial technical & behavioral interviews
  
• Coordinate interview schedules and follow up with candidates and panel members
  
• Maintain candidate pipeline and update ATS regularly
  
• Handle offer negotiations, salary discussions, and onboarding coordination
  
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
  
• Meet hiring targets and timelines
