Working:- 5 days

Key Responsibilities:

• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other channels.
• Screen candidates based on skills and job requirements.
• Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand hiring requirements.
• Manage the recruitment process from sourcing to offer closure.
