• Work on international BPO projects with clients from various countries.
  
• Provide exceptional customer service through chat support, email, or non-voice processes.
  
• Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide solutions in a timely manner.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Freshers/Experience (0-3 years) can apply for this role.
  
• Strong communication skills in English language required.
  
• Ability to work flexible shifts including rotational shifts (24x7).
  
• Basic computer knowledge with proficiency in MS Office applications.
