Role & responsibilities

The Compliance Manager ensures that the organization adheres to legal regulations and internal policies by monitoring, auditing, and enforcing compliance practices to mitigate risk and uphold ethical standards.

Preferred candidate profile

• Develop, implement, and manage an effective compliance framework, ensuring adherence to regulatory standards and best practices.
• Interpret and monitor changes in regulatory requirements, communicating these changes to relevant stakeholders and implementing necessary adjustments to policies and procedures.
• Conduct and coordinate regular audits, and compliance reviews to identify areas of improvement and ensure that the companys operations meet regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with internal teams to provide guidance on compliance matters, offering training and support to ensure understanding and adherence to policies.
• Prepare and submit regulatory reports, filings, and disclosures to regulatory authorities in a timely and accurate manner.
• Design and conduct training sessions to educate employees on compliance-related matters and encourage a culture of compliance within the organization.
• Oversee the development and implementation of compliance-related technologies or tools to enhance monitoring and reporting.
