Role & responsibilities

One of the primary objectives is to achieve growth in the home loan portfolio. This includes increasing the number of loans disbursed, the total loan amount, and market share within the assigned cluster. Drive and execute the sales delivery

Preferred candidate profile

• Train and Manage Sales Manager and Executive Team. Generate Home Loan leads from open markets and through different channels.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients for repeat business and referral/s.
• Implement and develop sales activities to achieve the target and arrange loan events.
• Handle product queries and service issues.
• Meeting clients, verifying documents, processing files, co-ordinate for sanction/disbursement of the loan, and personalized service to clients.
• Ensure the achievement of the given business target.
• Ensure zero incidents of conflict of interest or party-related issues.
• Monitor and address any potential conflicts proactively.
• Ensure all new hires are thoroughly briefed on the banks Code of Conduct and Customer Service Code.
• Conduct regular refresher sessions for existing staff to maintain awareness and compliance.
• Maintain accurate daily attendance records and ensure timely submission of any related reports or Management Information System (MIS) reports.
• Ensure that attendance of the team adheres to organizational policies with zero errors.
• Immediately report any complaints related to POSH or any disciplinary issues and take prompt action to address the reported issues.

Ensure proper use of office infrastructure and equipment and always maintain safety and security of all office resources.
