Age Limit: Up to 35 Years
Salary: 25,000 In-Hand | 30,000 CTC
Selection: HR Round Operations Round Client Round

Job Description:-

• Handle inbound customer interactions related to CIBIL and credit-related services.
• Understand customer requirements and provide accurate information regarding products and services.
• Assist customers with their queries and ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain professional communication and deliver a positive customer experience.
• Achieve assigned performance, quality, and productivity targets.
• Coordinate with relevant teams to ensure smooth processing and customer support.
• Follow company policies, , and compliance standards.

Candidate Profile:-

• Graduate candidates with relevant banking experience.
• Minimum 6 months of banking experience is mandatory.
