Opening For Chatrered Accountant - Commercial Finance

Profile -Assistant Manager -Finance (Commercial)

Key Responsibilities:

1. Costing & Financial Analysis

• Prepare and analyze product/service costing and margin reports
• Monitor cost structures and identify opportunities for cost optimization
• Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to management

2. Inventory Management

• Maintain accurate inventory records and valuation
• Monitor stock movement, aging, and reconciliation
• Coordinate with warehouse and operations teams for stock audits and controls

3. Audit & Compliance

• Plan and manage internal and external audit schedules
• Ensure timely closure of audit observations and compliance requirements
• Maintain documentation and support statutory audit processes

4. General Accounting

• Oversee day-to-day accounting activities (AP, AR, GL)
• Ensure accurate and timely book closure (monthly/quarterly)
• Reconcile accounts and ensure compliance with accounting standards

5. Sales MIS & Reporting

• Prepare and analyze sales MIS reports on a regular basis
• Track sales performance, profitability, and trends
• Provide data-driven insights to support business decision-making

6. Commercial Operations

• Support commercial decision-making with financial insights
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning
• Ensure adherence to company policies and financial controls

7. Cross-functional Coordination

• Collaborate with Sales, Operations, and Supply Chain teams
• Support business initiatives with financial analysis and reporting Qualifications & Skills:
• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory
• 1—3 years of relevant experience in commercial finance/accounting roles
• Strong knowledge of costing, inventory management, and audit processes
• Proficiency in Excel and SAP (HANA)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
