Job Description:

Technical Skills (Weightage :30 percentage):

• Strong Excel skills (creating standard dashboards, downloading reports from multiple sources, and building dashboards).
• Power BI expertise (ability to create reports in Power BI using Excel data).
• SAP tool exposure (Project Management & Purchase Requisition Approvals, downloading and extracting reports using T-Codes).
• Project Planning Tool experience (SAP or any equivalent tool).

Functional Skills (weightage - 70 percentage)

• Knowledge/exposure to end-to-end cycle planning (SA PO Month end Activities working with Managers Invoicing; handling queries and trackers).
• Experience in project planning within systems (project costs, resource assignments, and expense tracking).
• Ability to collaborate with multiple stakeholders for month-end activities (especially with Program Managers).
• Yearly budgeting exposure at both project and business unit levels.
• PR Management (vendor-side PR/PO approvals), contract management (SA setup & PO tracking on customer side), and detailed monthly analysis of system data (planning, SA & PO analysis).
• Other Misc PMO Activities ( Adhoc basis)
