Opening For Bid Executive

The Bid Executive will be responsible for identifying suitable tender opportunities, reviewing tender documents, preparing bid submissions, coordinating with internal departments and ensuring timely submission of complete and compliant bids. The role involves working on government, PSU and private-sector tenders related to IT, security, surveillance and system integration projects, as applicable.

2. Key Responsibilities

• Identify and track tender opportunities through GeM, CPPP, NIC e-Procurement and other relevant tender portals.
• Download, review and analyze tender documents, RFPs, RFQs, EOIs and corrigenda.
• Check eligibility criteria, technical specifications, pre-qualification requirements and commercial terms.
• Prepare technical bids, commercial bids, compliance statements and supporting documentation.
• Prepare BOQs, cost sheets and pricing documents in coordination with the concerned teams.
• Obtain quotations, product datasheets, OEM authorization letters and other supporting documents from vendors and OEMs.
• Prepare pre-bid queries and coordinate responses to tender clarifications.
• Upload and submit tender documents within the prescribed deadlines.
• Maintain tender trackers, submission records, bid status reports and document files.
• Ensure accuracy, completeness and compliance with tender requirements.

Follow up on submitted bids, technical evaluations, financial openings and award status.
