Role & responsibilities

• Manage and support Dealer & Distributor Sales operations.
• Coordinate and collaborate with HML and Service Department teams.
• Analyze spare parts sales trends and identify business growth opportunities.
• Support and execute after-sales business development activities.
• Monitor dealer performance and implement sales improvement initiatives.
• Prepare sales reports, presentations, and MIS using Excel and PowerPoint.
• Travel extensively as per business requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

• BE / MBA from a recognized institute.
• Strong knowledge of Automotive Business and Spare Parts Sales.
• Experience in automobile after-sales, dealer development, distribution, or parts sales functions.
• 6 to 10 years of relevant experience in an Automobile Company.
• Experience in Spare Parts Sales, After-Sales Operations, Dealer Network Management, or Distribution Management is mandatory.
