Opening Business Development Manager IT Infra Managed services

Position Details

Key Responsibilities

• Drive Managed Services, AMC & FMS sales across enterprise customers.
• Develop new business opportunities and acquire strategic accounts.
• Maintain and leverage strong OEM relationships for business development, joint pursuits and new opportunities.
• Build relationships with major IT OEMs, distributors, System Integrators and technology partners.
• Identify and manage RFP/RFQ, tender and proposal opportunities.
• Develop solutions, costing, pricing and commercial proposals.
• Lead commercial negotiations and ensure successful deal closures.
• Drive AMC renewals, upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Manage CXO-level customer relationships and strategic accounts.
• Maintain sales pipeline, forecasting and achievement of revenue targets.
• Coordinate with Pre-Sales, Delivery, Operations, Procurement and Finance teams for successful execution.
• Achieve revenue, GM and profitability targets.

Preferred Candidate

• 10–15 years of relevant experience in IT Infrastructure / Managed Services / AMC / FMS Sales.
• Strong OEM relationships with proven OEM-led business generation capability.
• Established network with Enterprise Customers, OEMs and System Integrators.
• Proven track record of new business development and large-value deal closures.
• Strong understanding of IT Infrastructure, Managed Services, AMC and FMS solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.
• Candidates with strong Delhi NCR and/or Mumbai/Western India market exposure will be preferred.
