Role & responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

• Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
• Understand manpower requirements and coordinate with business stakeholders.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other channels.
• Screen profiles, conduct initial discussions, and coordinate interviews.
• Manage offer negotiations, approvals, documentation, and joining formalities.
• Maintain recruitment MIS and track hiring KPIs such as TAT, source mix, offer-to-joining ratio, and closure rate.

HR Operations

• Manage employee documentation and maintain accurate HR records.
• Coordinate joining, induction, confirmation, transfers, and exit formalities.
• Handle employee queries related to HR policies, attendance, leave, and other HR processes.
• Coordinate with payroll and other internal teams for employee-related requirements.
• Support HR policies, processes, audits, and compliance activities.
• Maintain HR MIS and prepare regular reports for management.
• Ensure timely completion of employee lifecycle activities.
