Purpose of the job: In close collaboration with the GM Asia, develop and execute a strategic plan to advance the company's mission and objectives and to promote revenue, profitability and growth of the Magotteaux Business in India. The Country Manager is expected to have a significant impact on the organization by driving profitable growth, optimizing operational efficiency, and strengthening Magotteaux's market presence in India. Through strategic leadership, the role will enhance cross-functional collaboration, improve financial performance, and ensure alignment with the broader corporate goals, ultimately positioning the business for long-term success in a competitive market.

Qualifications

Master's Degree preferred.

Experience

Managerial: Positions that involve overseeing teams or departments, requiring both substantial experience in the field and strong leadership skills.

Know-how

· Strong business acumen with a deep understanding preferably of market dynamics in the Cement, Mining, and Coal sectors.

· Expertise in financial management, including P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and working capital management.

· Leadership and people management skills, including experience in coaching senior managers, fostering team development, and driving employee engagement.

· In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing strategies, particularly in business-to-business (B2B) environments.
