Job Role: Telemarketing Executive (TME) Office Based

Job Location: Swargate, Pune

Qualification: Graduation

Who Can Apply:

• HSC Pass & Any Graduates (Freshers or Experienced)
• Candidates with prior experience in outbound domestic voice calling processes
• Individuals with good communication skills in English

Shift Timing:

• 9:30 AM to 6:30 PM

Salary Structure:

For Freshers:

• First 3 Months:
• CTC: 18,631
• In-hand: Up to 14,500
• From 4th Month Onwards:
• CTC: 23,290
• In-hand: 18,800
• Retention Bonus: Approx. 13,000 (provided in the 5th month)

For Experienced Candidates:

• CTC: 23,290
• In-hand: 18,800
