OPD Manager

We are looking for an experienced OPD Manager to oversee the daily operations of the Outpatient Department, ensure smooth patient flow, and maintain high standards of patient satisfaction and service quality.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day OPD operations and ensure smooth patient flow.
• Supervise OPD staff, including front desk, registration, billing, and patient coordinators.
• Coordinate with consultants, nursing staff, billing, and other departments.
• Handle patient grievances and ensure timely resolution.
• Monitor waiting time, patient satisfaction, and operational efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, quality standards, and NABH requirements.
• Prepare daily/monthly MIS reports and monitor OPD performance.
• Manage duty rosters, staff productivity, and departmental coordination.

Desired Candidate Profile

• 5-8 years of experience in hospital operations, preferably in OPD management.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of hospital workflows, patient relations, and healthcare quality standards.
• Experience in handling OPD teams and patient grievances is preferred.
