About this role
Ideal Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate will combine deep Siemens Opcenter MES technical expertise with strong architectural capabilities and team leadership experience. They should be comfortable engaging with clients, defining technical solutions, guiding development teams, and taking ownership of successful MES solution delivery from design through deployment.
Role & responsibilities
- Strong experience in Siemens Opcenter MES / Camstar.
- Expertise in MES architecture, solution design, configuration, and customization.
- Hands-on knowledge of Portal Studio, Designer, C#, .NET, and SQL Server.
- Experience in MES integrations with ERP, equipment, PLC/SCADA, and shop-floor systems.
- Strong understanding of WIP tracking, genealogy, traceability, production execution, and equipment integration.
- Proven experience in technical leadership, team mentoring, client engagement, and end-to-end MES implementations.
- Knowledge of ISA-95, SECS/GEM, and OPC UA is an added advantage.
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Siemens Opcenter / Camstar certifications are an added advantage.
- Experience in semiconductor, electronics, automotive, pharmaceutical, or other complex manufacturing environments.
- Experience in global MES implementations, multi-site rollouts, and manufacturing digital transformation projects.
